Description: Hi, My have the following problem with the backup agent: On service initialization he recevies the following message: "Backup service is being initialized, please wait... (Previous initialization attempt failed due to the error: Session.SelectedSize is less than 0. Error code: 19:275 (constraint failed))"

Rebuild Backup Register

Windows

1. Go to Services.msc

2. Stop the Backup Service Controller

3. Navigate to:

○ Standalone SolarWinds Backup: C:\ProgramData\MXB\Backup Manager\

○ Integrated Backup & Recovery: C:\ProgramData\Managed Online Backup\Backup Manager\

4. Rename storage folder to storage_old

5. Start the Backup Service Controller
